Who is Clemson Roofing?

Clemson Roofing is a local roofing contractor working in Clemson, South Carolina and the surrounding Upstate. We handle roof replacement, repair, storm and hail damage, commercial roofing and inspections for homes, rentals and small commercial buildings.

We work as a crew that lives and works in the area, so we see what the humid summers, thunderstorms and tall trees do to roofs here. The goal is to give people the information they need to make a good decision about their roof, whether that means a small fix or a full replacement.

How do we quote and work?

We start by looking at the roof and listening to what you have seen. Then we explain what we found in plain language, with photos where we can. If a repair is enough, we say so. If the roof is at the end of its life, we say that too.

Quotes are in writing and describe the scope, the materials and what is not included. If we find hidden damage once work begins, we explain it and discuss it with you before anything extra is done. We also suggest you ask any roofer for license and insurance details, and confirm them for yourself.

Clemson is our base. From here we work across the Upstate, including Central, Pendleton, Seneca, Easley, Pickens and Anderson, and parts of the wider region toward Greenville for larger jobs. That includes homes in town, rentals near campus, houses on and near Lake Hartwell, and commercial buildings along the main corridors.
